Have previously had cashback declined even after raising a claim for a perfect valid transaction so can be hit and miss. Received ok this time.

I use ebookers regularly and it was a nice source of cashback until recently. In 2016 I had to put a manual claim in several times as it never tracked and in 2017, my last four transactions have all been 'not identified as using TopCashBack' or whatever the official line is, so I get nothing - and I ALWAYS click though so I know it this isn't true.

The process of booking and obtaining the cashback on my accountwas easy, but payment has been very slow. We returned from the holiday on 5 November and it is still not showing as payable. That's 13 weeks ago which is an age and 3 weeks longer than the advised times.
