Awful- i completed a booking and paid then a message came up to say the price had gone up by £6 . Not competitive price to Agoda so i found this a rip off. NOT to be trusted.

Cashback didn't track, opened a claim and they denied it on the basis that they couldn't find this site as the last referral. Which is wholly untrue. Don't use if you are expecting cashback..

Very surprised my transaction took a few day to track and then after a week went to zero (after came back from stay) No good reason why as far as I can see ! Feeling robbed. Put in a claim but do not feel confident I will see my £15. Stick to Expedia in future.

Had four purchases this year have paid very quickly on three of them,the fourth briefly showed as pending at 0.00 but then disappeared. Have put claim in,so we will see what happens. Otherwise ebookers seem fine and would recomend
