Beware of these crooks. They don't pay out the full percentage. I was meant to get 15.75% and only got 10.5% No reason was given for the discrepancy. Just tough luck. Will not use Ebookers again.

So easy, transaction was tracked and cash back paid well before the Estimated Payable time. Plus they had the cheapest room rate and excellent customer service, really what's not to like?

I have used the site twice in two years and both claims have been refused. Second time I was EXTREMELY careful to ensure that no cookies, other websites etc were open. There is no reason that the cashback should not have been awarded.

Top cash back had a special offer with cash back and voucher where both could be used. Its been 7 months and ebookers have declined the cash back stating I used a voucher from another merchant site. This is untrue and has taken an unbelivable amount of time to get to this point. Don't think TC have been particuarly proactive in getting to the bottom of this. I have asked them to find out which "other site" was used, lets see how many month it takes them to answer that!

Don't rely on getting the cashback! 2 out of 3 of my claims rejected saying TCB not last referrer or some such; all three bookings made in same way.
