The cashback is a bit slow, but there is normally some good discounts on holtels. In fact more generous than many similar sites.

Very disappointing - I chose this company over others offering similar booking prices, on the basis of the cashback, following the instructions to the letter. Cashback rejected, despite the efforts of TC. Will NOT use again.

Quite a slow payout for me. Booked a hotel online on 6th Jan, checked out of the hotel on 16th Jan. It became payable on 15th June - over 22 weeks later.

cash back tracked pretty much immediately, however it was then declined after a couple days. Submitted a claim but was told it can take weeks. The only reason I used ebookers was coz the cashback made it the cheapest, but after reading all the bad reviews I doubt they will honour it so I have now cancelled the booking and rebooked.

Tried to chase up declined cashback with ebookers but they can't help as the offer is nothing to do with them. All a 'third party' fault. Been a lot of those in the last 2 years........avoid!
