Would normally give them five as all my bookings go through them, expensive holiday booked for next year, cashback declined saying that it's an invalid order number, my response to them, " well it's the order number that's taking me on holiday" No Repl.

Over £84 declined as they claimed top cashback wasn't the last referrer which is lies.
Did another transaction recently and that got declined too for almost £10.
Do not use if you are wanting the cashback

AVOID. ebookers seem to have this year resorted to not honouring cashback claims - both claims this year have not tracked, and now declined through the claim process. Cashback in 2013 also had to go though the claims process, but at least that was honoured. It is unfortunately all to easy to explain away some technical network issue as the reason why cashback is not honoured by this retailer, despite no such technical issue being apparent for the dozens of other retailers I have used.

Extremely disappointed with this merchant. Used them specifically to book a pricey hol because of the fantastic level of cashback offered (over £160) back in April and have never received a penny. Absolutely gutted as this was going to be spends for our hol. Wont use again.

I recently booked a long-haul flight with bookers and the cash back was not tracked at all despite topcashback.co.uk tried to reinstate it. I was rather let down by this experience and not sure if I will use this website to book hotels in future.

I have made 3 purchases on ebookers through TCB.
None have tracked initially, though I have no issue achieving tracking with many other merchants.
Claims have been lodged for all 3 purchases, and only 1 was acknowledge by ebookers. This did at least proceed to payment.
2 purchases have never tracked, despite being claimed manually.
I would summarise ebookers have little intention co-operating with TCB and would avoid in future.

The worst experience ever!!! My cashback was £140 and apparently they couldn't find it even though it was in the history that I accessed it via topcashback website. Ridiculous and they didn't accept my complaint.

AVOID at all costs. Declined for use of voucher code despite code being advertised by TCB as compatible with cashback. I have raised another query with TCB as they are advertising compatible voucher codes which are subsequently being rejected. I will be pursuing both parties unless I am paid. Dreadful and I blame TCB as much if they are advertising incompatible codes. These companies should be removed permanently from the site for this. Im beginning to suspect the whole thing is a big scam. If im not paid I and others won't be back to either site again.

Another one where it accepted discount code, tracked, then changed its mind and declined.
These companies have no idea how much ill-will they generate when they make random decisions on declining cashback. In my case it costs them a fortune in future sales.

Refused cashback with this merchant as supposedly topcashback weren't the last click before I went to their website. I have been using topcashback without any problems for 2 years and this has never happened. Not impressed with ebookers service and will not be using them again.

Took 3 months to decide to cancel my cashback on a transaction, without giving any reason to Topcashback (even if there was some good reason to refuse it - this is pretty rude! Apparently I can pursue this if I raise a complaint - but I'll just steer clear of ebookers in future!
