Cashback tracked within 24 hours but only tracked at 10 % not 12.12% and i have had to file claim for the other 2%.

Cashback on hotel booking was declined for no reason whatsoever. More of these non-cashback honouring retaillers are appearing on TopCashback to advertise but with no intention of rewarding the customer as advertised. TCB needs to wise up and enforse penalties on retaillers like these.

Note that there is a two pound fee for credit card payments. However, their rail fares are exactly the same as those offered by Cross Country, so would be a good choice if paying by debit card.

Have so far refused to honour 2 separate purchases totaling approx $3000.
Ebookers claim that it was booked through a different referrer or search engine....it was not. I booked directly via TCB.
The high 99.9% rating should be viewed with utmost caution. Ebookers appear to be unable to honour their commitments at best or wiat worst willfully dishonest. AVOID

have a checkered experience with ebookers.
this time the actual purchasing of the flight was smooth and easy.
unfortunately they have declined the cash back.
must be me since so many others have no problems
however this is will be my last "problem" with them.
fool me once ebookers shame on you, fool me twice......

Had to raise a manual claim with TCB, and the best part of a year later the merchant failed to honour the cashback. They suggest I visited the site through another intermediary but this has never happened to me before with hundreds of transactions, and you can be sure I was particularly careful when spending £1200 on flights. As a result, I can't help but think that ebookers are either dishonest or incompetent.

I have used ebookers twice now to book a couple of short break packages and on both occasions i have to submit a claim as both were never added to my account 3-4 months on and Im still no further forward...very disappointed as I took this into account when booking and thought with the cash back it was good value.
I wont be using them again if they do not sort out my claim... on both claims submitted topcashback are now waiting for the merchant to respond!
deflated..let down ....

This is an addition to my previous review. Many thanks to TCB for pursuing ebookers for me. Credit were credit is due to ebookers they paid out within 8 weeks of TCB contacting them. I still feel though that I shouldn't have had to raise the claim in the first place.

We spent £4460 in flights for our holiday of a lifetime and have just had to submit a cashback claim after it failed to track. I chose ebookers because the amount of cashback I supposedly will get makes the cost of the flights cheaper than Expedia and British Airways directly. I don't see why such companies need to be prompted to track. I won't be using them again if they don't respond quickly to TCB.

I tried and failed to make a hotel and flight booking. Booking didn't track. Also to await a booking confirmation that didn't materialise and had to rebook at late notice. They said it was a booking fault. They said they would refund the difference and haven't. I won't be booking with them again.

Use eBookers almost weekly for flight bookings, no complaints as offers the highest cashback for flight bookings from the sites I use, and track in reasonable time after the flight has been completed and then cashback comes through too, never had to chase so far so all thumbs up.
