Good rates, good loyalty scheme, but ALWAYS read the small print, as they NEVER payout teh full amount on large purchases!

Transaction tracked correctly but payment was declined without providing a reason. I did not use any non tcb voucher. Upon raising a claim they say that they do not entertain claims older than 1 month from transaction... When that is how long it took them to decline it I'm the first place!

Ebookers charged me creditcard excess, although I paid by debit card. They then failed to pay any cashback out, and by the time I noticed, I was told that the time limit to claim had expired.

Always find them reasonably priced, but do not use if cash back is your primary aim - used to be good (I use them a lot) but haven't tracked the last couple of times. Lodging a missing claim is a waste of time.

Fast cashback. Great holiday. I took a pre-paid card too (fairfx) which was excellent - great exchange rate and service. If you do use fairfx, use code foq1z to save the registration fee.

Awful - stay well clear. I was due £180 cashback on an expensive holiday. I took every precaution before placing the order to ensure there were no problems with my claim (I work in IT and made 100% sure). However the claim was rejected as 'As you know we have not been identified by the merchants network as the last referrer'. This is absolutely not true and in no way possible. Will never trust Topcashback or ebookers again

I was expecting around £20 CB for flights totalling £1080, I use a seperate web browser for TCB purchases and ebookers claimed that TCB was not the last referral, which is impossible as there would have been zero webcache to this site before I booked, hence the 1star rating
