While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

	It seems impossible to purchase eDF services through TopCashback I tried to purchase EDF services through the TopCashback website, but the EDF webpage did not allow me to complete the purchase successfully. It instructed me to call EDF directly. When I called EDF, they informed me that I needed to register my address over the phone before I could purchase their services. I then asked whether I would still be eligible for the £50 cashback from TopCashback if I purchased the service over the phone, and they said no. I further inquired whether I could return to TopCashback to complete the purchase after registering my address over the phone, but they hung up on me. This happened twice, making me feel that this is a scam, as it seems impossible to purchase EDF services through TopCashback.

	Slowest company to payout. 4 months later and still stuck on confirmed but no payout. Be prepared for the long wait.

	Very slow payout but got there in the end. Clicked and waited and waited. Not quite sure why it should take 7 months to receive cashback, but process was straightforward - purchased, tracked, waited, received cashback.

	Payment of cashback really slow I waited 26 weeks for my cashback which should have paid in 14 weeks ended up contacting Top Cashback and because it had been confirmed for ages they paid it.

	Cash back Process Takes far too long Lodged cash back in Aug 24 with estimated payable 14 weeks. December 24 cash back was confirmed. Nearly end of Feb 25 and still not payable. Pull your finger out EDF!

	Still Waiting - 6 months+ I am not impressed at all, with EDF and this scheme, about 14 weeks wait on average , and yet 6 months+ (8/2/25) still waiting, ( and theer are others waiting this long too) I know stupidly I swopped supplier counting on the £50 to make it a better deal, but at this rate I will probably have left EDF before I get this cashback, if I get it ?

	Got cashback after a few months I did get cashback after a few months £60 EDF are a good supplier but make sure you have a smart meter installed to keep eye on your usage I have done this again and waiting for £60 cashback

	Beware of payout date.if paid that is. Signed up in June 24, dual fuel £50 cashback. However it has now tracked and confirmed in November 24. Payout takes an average 14 weeks from confirmed.so from March 25. Bit misleading when it says 14 weeks average payout, it's not I don't hold out much hope for a payout , with what other reviews are saying. I will update, if ii get another update, or payout.

	Why My cashback has been declined after waiting 3 months. There is no reason why it should have been declined. Topcashback must enquire why this keeps happening to so many members.

	Declined the same as most others Been with EDF for years so used TCB when I renewed. Tracked immediately and showed as £50 cashback. 3 months later the cashback, as so many others lately, has gone to 0 declined. Hmmmm, as I signed a contract with them that they are appearing to not recognise, do you think I can leave without penalty?

	Cashback Declined ! My cashback was declined three moth after I signed up for a 1 Year fixed energy deal. I just realized that I am one of many in the same situation. Top cashback must to check why this are happend, since it was very clear that we would receive a reward o £ 50. That is not acceptable!

	Cashback declined This is a scam I signed up for a fixed dual tariff through Top cashback. For no reason my claim was declined.

	ANOTHER CASHBACK SCAM. Cashback declined for no reason having signed up for fixed energy deal. It seems that I am one of many in the same situation. Top cashback should seriously consider removing them from the site as they are conning people into switching to a fixed deal with them and then not paying.

	CASHBACK SCAM as with many others, signed up for 2 accounts i manage with EDF, both exsiting customers and renewed with new 1 year tarrif, both declined with no reason , TCB should not allow EDF on this platform as they have no intention of paying out, its shocking

	Cashback declined Same as other complaints, took up £50 cashback for new and existing customers for 1 year tariff. Cashback declined 2 months later for no reason.

	Cashback declined £45 cashback for new and existing customers for 1 year fixed dual fuel. As an existing customer I took the offer and fixed the price for one year. After three months I saw EDF declined my cashback, no reason. They attract customers with cashback offer,but I think not many or any actually receive cashback.

	Top Cash back was declined with no reason I joined EDF through Top Cash Back on 28th August and it was declined on 10/12 /2024 I am still with EDF and was not given a reason for being declined.
