EDF Reviews

While some members who chose EDF to be their energy supplier have reported issues with their cashback, many members have left positive EDF Energy reviews, with some saying theirs was paid out faster than expected. Comments include “good cashback rate for switch over — two to three months to pay out” and “brilliant. Saved on dual fuel and cashback showed within five hours”.

Our members seem to love the company too. One said: “EDF have been very efficient and helpful in setting up my account and dealing with any queries or problems I have had.” Others praised the fact their site is easy to use and the switching process not confusing at all. EDF Energy review feedback includes “a very good service and an easy changeover” and “smooth transition from my previous supplier — kept me informed at every stage”.

This was the firstyime I had used TopCashBack and it has put me off, as I have had to phone them and email TopCashBack to get my money and this has taken a few weeks. However it has now been sorted and I will use CashBack again.

It has been more than three months since I started the switch over and more than two months since my power was transfered to EDF. Cashback payment still not made. While they were very quick to transfer my energy, they are obviously not quick in paying out on their inducements.

Caution! I had to chase up my Cashback claim for EDF as it didn't even show on the system for a long time. It is now showing as confirmed (finally - after waiting over 2 months), fingers crossed that it tracks and pays.

still waiting for cashback from 14/08.. first it should have been payable on 30/09, then i message to wait a until 30/10... its now 2/11 still no cashback ..very poor cashback service

Did not track so had to raise a manual claim. Took about 2 months to show as pending, but that it roughly how long it took for gas & electric to swapover so could be linked. Still waiting for it to show as payable.

Failed to track initailly but did so once claim submitted. Confirmed 1 day after showed as pending! Similar to others, this could be due to delay between signing up and actual switch to new supplier. This has gone smoothly and 1st direct debit hasn't even been taken yet

cashback reported 18/8 due to be paid 30/9 but TBC warned it was estimated date it could payable be a month later..... now past 30/10 and still waiting.......

Still have not recieved cashback although it has now been confirmed. Have had to enquire about this cashback instead of getting automatically, but now appears to have sorted itself out.
