We placed an order for a freezer 13 CPU cooler two weeks back. We have called them almost everyday this week to try and find out what is going on we get told the same BS everyday, " the item will arrive in stock today and will be sent out in the morning after we test it" Er test it, I hope not its a cooler with thermal paste on the bottom. When we tried to cancel the order we found out they had taken the money for the item even though it had not been sent out (not what the website says) They also hung the phone up on my wife who has a better phone manner than me.
. very rude staff.
. BS over the phone
. careful wording on the website which means you could end up worse off.
. They take the payment well before the item is sent out. (like a week)
. very very slow service.
.will never use and will never recommend

Purchased a BT broadband accelerator/I plate to boost broadband speed for around £10. Excellent purchase which seems to have increased speed by at least 1GB. Cashback tracked quickly and I have now been paid.

BT looks very similar to Dabs (log on process etc and price). Product was competitively priced and order process was straight forward. Order arrived within a couple of days.
I bought 2 items in the same purchase, only the cheaper item tracked. Submitted an enquiry and the full amount has now tracked. Thanks again TCB

I was surprised to find that BT Shop is actually the cheapest place for my items even - it would have been even better if I hadn't had to pay P+P on a £200 order!

This cashback did not track and a missing claim report had to be submitted. The cashback was acknowledged by the retailer and should be paid soon.
