Cashback showed within a few days. As new customer they would not let us choose different address and delivery firm advised delivery can be bewtween 7am to 7pm and must be signed for. You choose a day but Monday to Friday only. On the 3rd attempted delivery they left it with a neighbour. So we got our new phones and they were half price quoted on other sites.
