Product out of stock when ordered, but good updates re delivery dates.
What really really annoyed me was that they added me to their mailing list when I had specifically ticked all the boxes to take myself off. They then ignored four unsubscribe requests and only stopped sending unsolicited e-mail after my second snotty e-mail to customer services and my first threat of referal to Ofcom.
I will not use again.

Found an MP3 player cheaper than on other sites but thought it was 10% cash back for branded products but didn't get as much back as I'd thought. Still pleased with them as item was delivered within 2 days and still cheaper than if brought from other sites.

No problems with cashback showing for this purchase, it was for a wireless adapter that I needed when I took out a contract for BT total broadband, but am currently having problems getting cashback from BT for the broadband contract I set up through this site.

Became pending within two days and hopefully will continue to track with no problems. I was surprised the two phones I brought were cheapest from this site and the 10% of their own branded products made an added bonus. Would definately use again if the price was right.
