Ordered flowers on behalf of my Mother, to go to her recently widowed friend and they didn't arrive. No warning or explanation given by eFlorist. Bitterly disappointed and awaiting their explanation and a full refund, hopefully.

Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday (which was a Tuesday). Was offered Monday or Tuesday delivery - went with Tuesday as I knew she would be in. The flowers arrived on Wednesday with no apology. When I contacted them they said they would knock a fiver off my bill. Oh, and I haven't seen any cashback either. Just so you know.

I spent hours comparing different sites and bouquets. I chose the vintage bouquet eflorist offered as it was really unusual- did not contain 'bulking' flowers- carnations and daisies which I hate, and delivery was available on Mother's Day- both of these factors were deciding factors for me- the essentials of the order. It was a lot more expensive - £10 more than the others I looked, but it was so unusal I decided it was worth it as long as my mum would get them on the day.
Infuriatingly a scruffy bunch of pink flowers- mainly carnations and daisies were deliver to my home on the Saturday before Mothers day. They were wrapped in scruffy plastic, not the cute gift bag they were supposed to be in.
I could have cried with disappointment and fury. I emailed my complaints on the Monday and was just told there are season variations especially at busy times.
My advice is definately to go to a local shop and pick your own flowers- cheaper, and you'll get what you bought- not something vastly inferior.

Very disappointed. The purchasing was easy and the flowers delivered on time. However, the flowers were more expensive than many available so I expected the quality to be first class. Unfortunately, they were not perfectly fresh and so a big let down. I wanted the best for my Mum and the quality delivered was second rate.

Very disappointed and I would advise you not to expect your cashback. Despite having used them several times before, my cashback didn't track and I filled out a claim in August. Finally heard from TopCashback today that I won't get my cashback and that they will pay half themselves to make up for my wait. To top it off I was very disappointed by the quality of the flowers. Caveat emptor!

purchase as "A sumptuous mix of luxurious purple Freesias and white Roses, complimented perfectly with tree ferns. An enchanting, fragrant bouquet"
however got a bunch of 7 roses with one firn, of which resembled a garage forcourt bunch of flowers.
customer service, was promised a delivery of a better bouquet and now told getting a refund...
wont be ordering from these again.

I have used eflorist very happily for several orders so recommended them to my son for sending flowers to both his grandmothers last week, having already placed my order. I was disappointed to learn that the flowers he ordered for my mother were not delivered to her at all and that the flowers I ordered for my mother in law (ordered a week in advance of her birthday) were not delivered until late on the day following her birthday and were not in good condition. Perhaps this was because the delivery was through the Royal Mail and the roses had obviously been kept too long in a box. I will not be ordering flowers using postal deliveries from this site again.

Bought flowers from eFlorist in November 2011. No cashback has been shown as tracked. Top Cashback say they are awaiting a response from them. I'm still waiting 3 months later. Very disappointed in eFlorist and wont bother with them again.

MY MUM WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE FLOWERS SHE RECEIVED. FIRST TIME I HAVE USED EFLORIST SO WASN`T SURE ABOUT THE QUALITY BUT AFTER SEEING A PHOTO MY MUM SENT, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY AND WILL DEFINATELY USE AGAIN.
ALSO I USED THE SAME DAY DELIVERY WHICH WAS AT MY MUMS DOOR WITHIN 4 HOURS, VERY QUICK.
