Very helpful in the process of ordering four funeral sheafs of flowers. Very understanding and patient at a very difficult and emotional time. Customer service outstanding! Will definately use this retailer again when I need flowers in the future. Also gave me an additional 15% discount. I cannot praise this whole experience enough. Thank you.

Fast tracking and really wonderful flowers. One very happy mother on Mother's Day - very impressed with a Sunday delivery and very lovely delivery person. Would definitely recommend and return for further flowers.

Bad experience with eflorist - ordered a bunch of flowers online for Mother's day - big pot, loads of hyacinths. It turned up in the morning as requested - small pot, very few flowers, no hyacinths at all. I had to check to make sure that it was actually my order! Apparently eflorist only give minimal descriptions of the order to the local agents, so there's no guarantee that you'll end up with anything like your order. No choice but to send them back, which ruined that Mother's Day. To give them some credit, the helpline which was open on Sunday agreed to a refund without questions (although took a while to get through - lots of complaints that day???). I'm never using them again.

I sent my mum a bouquet of flowers and she was very impressed with the quality, would definitely use again as they are cheaper than other florists and I like that it works with local florists too.

Have used this retailer twice - 1st time was for Mothers Day and was disappointed as despite promising on their site that they would deliver on the Sunday, the flowers were delivered the Saturday before. I contacted customer serviced and received an email stating that they are very busy that day (really!!), and couldn't guarantee delivery on the Sunday, despite what their website stated.
No issues the second time. The flowers are great and the cashback tracked and was paid quickly, hence I gave them the second chance.
