Decided to use them after searchig for an oil filled radiator. However was quickly told it was out of stock would be 3 weeks. Thought because of the price it was worth waiting for. After this time had not heard from them so rung and was told end of the week. Gave them an extra week rung back, was told still not in stock, then it was because they were having problems with the supplier, then finally i was told it was discontinued, all within the same conversation. All had been lies. Not impressed, would not recommend them. Ordered it from Tesco Sat Am, arrived Mon AM!!

Not at all impressed. Phoned within an hour of placing the order to say my washing machine was not in stock. A week later, when it was in stock, I was told it would be delivered the following week, then two days before delivery told it wouldn't come because of the Bank Holiday. They messed up three further delivery dates because the delivery organisers could not seem to communicate with the office that sent out the vans. It was four weeks between ordering and receiving. I still haven't had my cashback and have had to put in a manual claim. Don't touch them with a bargepole!

Great price for Sharp LED tv with free Blu Ray player worth £200.Plus £20 discount and 4% cashback.
Had a phone call within an hour of placing the order to arrange delivery date. not received delivery yet but impressed so far.

As 1st time customer of EDUK, web site very user friendly and easyto place order. Although item ordered was out of stock, company telephoned within 1 minute of placing the order to offer alternative options etc and did not take money from credit card. Promised to phone when item in stock and offered accept / decline option.

I found this retailer through Top Cashback, which gave me confidence to purchase a big ticket item from a previously unknown firm. I chose the free post and packing option expecting to have to wait for a while before receiving my goods and was amazed to receive my new super duper TV on Tuesday! I shall certainly use them again. Excellent service, the best price I could find anywhere for the set I wanted and cashback too. What more could I ask for?

Great product at excellent discount with quick delivery. but no call as promised re:delivery time and delivery instructions weren't followed - neighbour had to dash out and stop driver leaving. So best to be in for delivery. Tracking failed, but sorted by Topcashback. Nonetheless - would use again.
