i recently ordered a washing machine for my father and he was told to expect delivery on friday 4th april before 12pm but after waiting in all day it never turned up. he eventually phoned up and was told that they don't deliver on any day other than a thursday! so when they say 3-10 days delivery, they should really say the 1st or 2nd thursday after order date. also, my father was told that "we don't phone customers to arrange delivery, that's upto you to phone us". i feel this defeats the object of supplying 2 contact phone numbers. i told my father to cancel and i found him a better deal elsewhere. we would never use electrical discount uk again and urge others to avoid them.

Good price and quick delivery but not so impressed with the service after I had placed the order: they miss keyed
my credit card details, the transaction failed but they did not inform me anything was wrong, eventually I phoned and got them to try the transaction again. This delayed the order by several days. Also had to manually claim cashback.
