Emirates are scammers
Purchase was tracked (although cash back was not for full amount), and then emirates have declined the cash back. I’ve lodged a claim but it’s been put on hold for 7 months already.

After booking the tickets, tracking confirmation was quick, however only received half of the cashback, base don the flight out. manual claim submitted, but 12 months later, still waiting

Incomplete but fast tracking
Automatic tracking was done just 24 hrs after booking. However, this came back as 40%of actual amount spent. Payment received about 3 weeks after. Manual claim as being lodge for the rest of the cashback but the overall experience has been good.

Terrible No cash Back awarded even though around £2000 was spent on the tickets. Just Declined and no reason for it.

Declined my cash back without any explanation.
Didn't use any vouchers or discount codes and still declined when my order value is more than 2K and a month ahead of flying. Emirates should be removed from TopCash Back.

Declined cashback months before flight
Not sure which tracking platform Emirates are using for their cashback partners, but my cashback was just declined - almost 4 months before I even fly. Something is seriously unreliable about the cashback process so do consider that your cashback may decline before you buy expensive flight tickets. Hopefully the staff can resolve through the claims process, but it shouldn't work that way.

Tracked but at a lower purchase value
Booked flights with Emirates last night at a total value of just over £1400. Already tracked but the purchase value given is only circa £800. Didn't choose Emirates specifically for the cashback, as the amount is relatively small anyway, but based on so many negative reviews on here I wouldn't suggest you book with them if cashback is a major factor for you.

Will either not track or if it does Emirates will then decline. They should not be permitted on Top cashback.

Be careful, not track
Be warned - cashback always not track!! First tried a few years ago - did not track & topcashback were unable to claim it back. Last year happened again, same reason, can’t track…will not book emirates again

3 transactions never tracked and won't pay out
I booked three flight bookings for my family on three different occasions in the last 12 months, none of them got tracked and when I put through them as claim, they declined to payout saying all three transactions were not through topcashback! I have used topcashback for over 10 years so it is very odd that it is only Emirates that I don't know what I am doing and led to not being tracked. I think it is just Emirates that refuses to pay.

Never Tracks with Emirates
Cashback never tracks with Emirates and have to put a claim in every time.
Gets paid in the end around 6 months later.
Not the airline it used to be, has gone down, they've cut costs and their loyalty program has been nerfed.

Rubbish - avoided paying cash back on two transactions
Booked flights to Australia and Singapore for the family and both transactions didn’t track, then when chased, were declined. I use TopCashback a lot so understand what can and can’t be classed as a transaction.
Don’t bank on getting cash back for large transactions, I genuinely think they didn’t want to pay out on the large transaction. When chased even though I gave full details including my flight info Emirates came back and said they couldn’t trace the transaction, felt like an excuse…

Booked through the topcashback link, immediately and without closing my browser, yet they have declined payment either because they can't find my booking or can't verify it was through topcashback. There's not much else you can do!

Claim didn't track. Don't believe topcashback were at fault!
Booked a flight with Emirates through topcashback but didn't receive the cash back. Raised a claim through topcashback but they didn't receive any reply from Emirates. Eventually I received a small good will/fair play payout from topcashback which was good :-)
