Found cheaper supplier for gas and electricity and saved a little extra by going through Topcashback and Energylinx. Payment came within time frame given shall use again.

There was a problem with my meter details on the national database which i was only made aware of when I contacted the new supplier directly and they had no record of Energylinx even contacting them to transfer my supply. The new issue was that the selected deal was no longer available and it would be unlikely that I would get it retrospectively and Energylinx have still to contact me to advise of the issue despite an email being sent to them over a week ago asking why the delay. Poor service Energylinx, poor service. Will avoid in future.
