Hi, I had use energylinx site to compare and switch dual energy in November 2013 to great effect. Tracked, confirmed and paid out. I do not remember how long I had to wait but it was acceptable. It also had Daligas as one of its gas supply providers which other comparison sites did not have and I think I benefited there as well. I would use this service again if I have to.

Be aware that Topcashback sets the default setting as "highest first" on all it's comments which makes Energylinx look good. I wish I had looked further down the list or set "newest first" from the drop down box and I would have seen just hoe bad this merchant is. Like many others my cashback has sat dormant for too many months and I have now given up on receiving anything. Don't waste your time on this mob, it's all a con with them, you will get nothing. Topcashback should take them off their merchant list immediately. I have given them five stars only to get my comment seen, otherwise it would be bottom of the list. Be aware!!

Cashback EnergyLinx dual fuel switch started June 2013. Did not track. EnergyLinx D/F switch form had only one entry for meter numbers (useless for a dual fuel switch). This required me to phone the new supplier to provide mandatory MPN so the switch could proceed. My switch is completed by the way. Energylinx showed little interest when I emailed them. TCB Missing Claim update... "is likely to take from four weeks to several months (often longer with contract/policy based transactions) to complete, and we may not be in a position to update you until the final decision has been made." Bad experience in my case. Use at your own risk.

Used Energylinx in early/mid November 2012 to change energy supplier. Start date with new supplier was about 6 weeks later. Cashback came through on or about 12 April 2013.

Transaction completed 3rd Dec & tracked fine. Now 8h April and still no cashback, so not looking good. After 10 weeks passed got the TCB "sorry it's taking longer than expected" message but nothing since. If you're using the cashback to cost your energy change, then via this company may not be a good idea.

I followed the instructions to the letter on this claim, and I took out this claim in June 2012. I chased my £17.17 cashback and now my cashback claim has been changed to £0. The website says there are a number of reasons that this has been changed to £0 and none of them are appliable to my claim as it was logged correctly. I have no way of fighting this which makes it very poor customer satisfaction. Won't be using this supplier again

I wouldn't use these again, as although my transactions tracked successfully as soon as my utility switch completed, the value of my cashback reduced to zero and although topcashback has chased, I'm still waiting 5 months later. I would definitely go elsewhere next time.

Applied for a new Electricity account via Energylinx approx 15 November. It tracked and was eventually confirmed. It's now 16 weeks later but still no cashback.

Switched in October. Tracked as £0.00. Multiple nudges but no joy. £30 poorer. So your price comparison was WRONG - it would have been cheaper to go elsewhere
