TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!! Declined as apparently they couldn't 'trace' my transaction - despite the fact that I supplied all the relevant order numbers etc.

Cashback declined for no reason. I followed all the steps, paid for rental upfront, didn't use any other promotional code and yet still declined. Don't use.

Cashback tracked at £0.00, then declined = a waste of time. I've used Enterprise a couple of times with great customer service and one of the few companies I could find with unlimited mileage. Not impressed that they obviously don't want to pay out on cash back; there have clearly been ongoing problems with this merchant and this, to me, ruins Topcashback's reputation. This is not the only company refusing to pay out, I am waiting for confirmed cash back from 2012 from a couple of companies, which I'm certain have no intentions of paying out. Why waste your time going through Topcashback in the first place...?!?

I'm still waiting for the cashback for my transaction in July 2013. As others has commented if they do not have any intention to pay out then they should be on this website.

I always rent from Enterprise, the service is good and vehicles reliable. However, claiming cashback is a different story altogether - I have used tcb several times now for renting and have been paid only once, and that too a paltry sum of 88p, which seems to be their standard cashback amount regardless of purchase amount. Currently have another claim 'on hold' for 14 weeks now, since apparently 1.05% of 136 is 88p again!

The first cash back for a few pence was given but when I tried to claim a cash back on a few pounds it was a different story. It was declined 'Non Commissionable'.... what this means... sounds like they cant afford to give that much back to the customer. Not worth the disappointment of trying to get cash back from them is the answer.

This has to have been my worst ever car rental experience. Picked up vehicle from Lisbon Airport having already pre-booked in the UK. We waited for over 2 hours at the airport in a queue to pick up the vehicle and about the same amount of time to return it at the end of our holiday. No apology for delay, and poor customer service. Company seemed to be totally disorganised. Just to complete the experience they even declined my cashback!!! Would never use again.
