Topcashback, i think you should be looking at all the recent comments regarding Esure, it shows i was not the only one not to get my cashback, all of us cannot be wrong, this is one way of upsetting your customers!

No cashback for me, even though i supplied policy number and purchase was made directly with topcashback it recently got refused, not happy, wish topcashback could have let me know earlier as i would have cancelled the policy and took out a new one with someone else but it took them six months to tell me, NOT HAPPY!

Went via Topcash back after receiving a quote from a comparison site. Purchase did not track, still waiting after a month. At least the insurance was a good price even without the cashback!

Just seen that my cashback of £45 for new home insurance has been declined. Have checked the reasons and none apply so regret choosing this insurer on the basis of cashback and feedback.

Did not pay out for the reason that "policy is cancelled/returned". If that truly was the case, where is my refund for the entire policy esure?

Bought home insurance end of April, tracked immediately and payable early June. Did it on Pc rather that iPad, seems to be smoother.

Purchased house insurance policy for just over £145 on 4th March and today (1st May) logged in to my TCB account to discover that my cashback of £45.45 was showing as payable. Great experience / result with no issues whasoever!

Excellent experience all round. Best value quote from esure for combined buildings and contents insurance, and then with added £45.45 cashback which became payable today, am absolutley over the moon !!

Utterly ridiculous. After 1 year of chasing, Esure declined our cashback for the reason "no postcode provided"! What a joke, as if they would even insure the property without a postcode! And all our docs have it on, so goodness knows what they are on about. Won't be renewing with them.

Beware! Insurance purchased early September and then tracked fine ...but last week came through as zero purchase and no cashback due instead of £45.45 which I should receive!!! Everything done as per instructions on the site.

Avoid if you want any cashback. Arranged home insurance on first click through to Esure in February, didn't need to phone them, or write to them, but now 9 months later they have refused to pay claiming that the insurance wasn't taken out wholly on-line!?

Bought a policy on 23 June, lodged a claim in early July, it's now the 9th October and nothing. Top Cashback usually sort these things out well, but I'm not holding my breath on this one.

Have used them for the past 3 years and every single occasion have had to submit a cashback claim manually. Haven't had to use them to date, so can't comment on customer services but the cashback tracking experience is poor!

All I can say is don't expect any cashback of esure, I'm still waiting 12 months later despite numerous nudges its been a total waste of time. Doesn't matter how careful you are to make sure the transaction is tracked - it makes no difference. There's been no communication or explanation whatsoever. Go elsewhere if you can find a better quote.

Took out home and contents insurance as per the instructions and it appeared next day on my account. A couple of weeks later it changed to zero cashback. I have now chased topcashback for nearly 8 months, only to be told they will not pay the cashback, and TCB cannot guarantee any firm honouring the cashback claim. My advice STAY AWAY FROM E SURE.
