Not a happy bunny. I spent £210 online at Evans at beginning of June. The cashback tracked with no problem. Just logged into my account now to see that the cashback has been changed to £0.00 and is 'payable'! What the hell? Really, really annoyed. Didn't used to have any problems with TCB until recently. A Swinton insurance policy never tracked and nothing has been donw about it for 3 months! May have to think about moving to a different cashback site if this continues.

Not very happy. After a month of "tracked" cashback was declined, meaning I will need to wait another few weeks at least before I can get my cashback. Not impressed.

Have used this retailer several times now. Good rate of cashback & always tracks promptly but seems to take a long time to actually pay, although it does always come through in the end. All in all would recommend.
