very slow, customer service is not good. products not delivered due to out of stock, yet they are still in stock on website and can be ordered again but with the sale price! not amused

Always a smooth transaction, no big delays in receiving cashback. Will use them again, they do charge £4.00 for standard delivery though.

They apparently declined my cashback on an order of £110 placed months ago because I complained about poor service received on a £40 order placed a couple of weeks ago. It was all fine until I had to complain and then the money disappeared. Very unprofessional.

Awful !!!! I thought it was a really good deal, but when I was due to be paid out my cash bach changed from £5.40 to £0.00 for no reason at all. I definately won't use again. Delivery is really slow 8 days and money left my bank the day I placed my order....terrible!

Some nice clothing for sizes 14+. I am very pleased with my purchases. Delivery took a week from date of order which I think is a bit slow.
