Complete rubbish, tracked quickly but was then declined quickly. Put in a cashback claim, and a year later I am told that the order was cancel so the claim is unsuccessful. If the order was cancelled I'd quite like my money back, even though I've still got the tablet that was successfully delivered.
This sort of thing shouldn't be allowed to happen. Very poor. A year to tell me an order which was successfully received was cancelled? Sounds to me like they are just trying to get rid of cashback claims.

would STRONGLY advise against using this merchant, they seemingly have an inability to pay out at advertised rate, see other reviews, in my case claim from aug 2012 tracked at incorrect. claim raised has only received a response in the last couple of weeks(8 months later) to DENY claim. as i said claim was tracked just not at correct promo rate,try not to be taken in by the enhanced rates as in my experience they simply don't pay

APPALLING
Forget the lack of tracking on both my purchases in October and December – December’s item was faulty and gave the appearance of having been opened before.
I emailed them at the address given in their order email within a week of receipt and then later at the address given on their website and no response at all. I’ve now phoned them and they’ve searched for my email and have it (confirming receipt) and they kept saying that I’d left it too late now and they wouldn’t do anything about it despite my keep pointing out that I had notified them of the problem within 7 days and it was not my fault that they’d ignored me twice.
I’m now having to go to my credit card company to get my money back.
Seems to me like they just ignore emails and have restrictive telephone hours in an attempt to avoid dealing with problems and don’t care about legal rights.

BEFORE PURCHASE!, i would advise having a quick look at just how many have problems with casback from this retailer. Now waiting 4 months for a response from retailer on incorrect rate of casback.

I, it seems, am not alone in my experience with this company and their cash back. Made a purchase and is was tracked fine but today has gone to £0.00 (cash back would be less than 50p). Seems Expansys like to get the referrals from TCB but don't want to pay the cash back so are misusing the service. TCB should really be doing something about them like removing them from TCB site so we can choose a retailer who DOES pay.

claim tracked at incorrect rate? 25%rate on samsung galaxy 3 products, item purchased through promotion landing page, that was just over 3 months back, claim STILL outstanding.
do no factor cashback into your purchase with this merchant, i could have got the same product elsewhere cheaper and wish i had, unlikely to use again.

Paid cashback quickly but for only half the amount promised. After 10 months I have accepted a payment from Topcashback but Expansys never coughed up for the full amount. A decent shop but very poor cashback experience.

I've bought several phones from Expansys and the cashback never tracks - I always have to do a missing cashback claim. Make of that what you will! (No problems elsewhere!)
