three times last year they declined after going through ordering. I have one which has been granted, the other is awaiting review from merchant. The third was past the date I could claim. Looking elsewhere for lenses.

1st purchase, no other codes used and cashback declined. Submitted claim and later paid out. However made a further purchase, once again not using any codes and cashback declined. Claim submitted and I await the outcome. Probably my last purchase from this company.

Cashback declined. Genuine first time customer for this seller and didnt use any codes just clicked through and selected my lenses which were same price I pay with another supplier that actual pays their promised cashback. Wont use again as no cashback means they arent the cheapest. Also found the 4 day delivery slow where as most other places I have the next day or within 2 days at most.
