Like many others on here Cashback has not tracked and I don't expect it will now! My advise would be to buy your contacts elsewhere, there are plenty of good contact retailers on TCB who offer as good a price and whose purchases track as they should do.

12 months on and £9 cash back no where to be seen. I don't understand why they are allowed to advertise cash back when it never tracks, so you get nil%.

I wish I'd read the comments before purchasing as I only bought my lenses and solution from Feel Good as the cashback made it cheaper than other places. They did send them out super fast and well packaged but for me the cashback was the deciding factor in choosing to purchase from them and it was obviously not worth it.

My cash back has still not tracked after five months! Despite a claim lodged and two nudges to tcb. I will not be ordering again as they have not delivered on customer service. Poor.

I have used this company for years and did on occasion use others, but no one can match their promptness, correct delivery and lenses that always get through the letterbox. BUT tried cashback twice with no luck

So far I've earned over £300 in cashback with Top Cash Back - and this is the only merchant which has failed to pay to date. It's now 3 months on and I've raised a Missing Cashback claim - will update my feedback to say if it ever turns up or not. The Contact lenses were as ordered, and delivered quickly.

Like many others I used Feel Good Lenses as they were relatively cheap and offered cashback. I was expecting about £7 which initially appeared under my transactions (after I had raised a ticket through tcb) and has since disappeared with no explanation and no payment.

Feel Good Contact Lenses is a good purchase experience overall. Cheapest lenses around and fast delivery.
However, cashback never tracks and TCB hasn't yet responded to my open claims on this merchant.

Feelgoodcontacts had the cheapest contacts I wear. However, the cashback never tracked, although I was able to see the transaction while filing a claim for missing cashback. The whole procedure is painfully long - so far it's been three months. Although it was a small amount of money, what really matters here is whether a company fulfills their promise of providing cashback. So far 1 star for feelgoodcontacts for their cashback offer.

Bought contact lenses from this website as a 1 year supply worked out about £10 cheaper than buying through Specsavers but the cashback made it an even better deal. I was expecting about £3 cashback for my purchase, but the cashback did not track and I have had to open a missing cashback claim with TCB. Whether or not I'll ever actually see the cashback is uncertain.
The lenses took about 7 days to arrive, which isn't a bad delivery time but from the way the site boasted about its quick dispatch I did anticipate something a bit quicker. Contact lenses were of good quality and delivered safely. Overall, little complaints about the product itself but a less than positive cashback experience.
