Whilst the lenses are fine and the delivery service was good, I have been waiting for OVER a year for my cash back. I have no idea why they haven't provided the promised cash back. I've nudged the claim several times - almost once a month, but still nothing. These guys were not the cheapest around, I only used them because of the promised cash back, since that has materialised the net result is that I paid more for my contact lenses than I needed to! VERY disappointed

Good service. Lenses arrived quickly in a letterbox friendly box which is always a bonus. Didn't track though, so had to raise a claim. Initial price was slightly more than others, and as this was a new customer cashback only retailer, I doubt I'll use them again unless their prices are competitive.

Whilst the order process was simple and the order arrived promptly I have not yet received my payment via Top Cashback. Order was placed nearly 3 months ago! Silly me I should've checked the payment reviews before I ordered,since the only reason I chose them was their good payment percentage. I therefore ordered a years supply of lenses and was expecting more than £35 - to date nothing looking at these reviews now it's unlikely I will ever get it! I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Shame on you Feel Good for not delivering on the promises you make!!

It did not track, opened a case immediately in July and still waiting almost 1.5 months later. Just go with someone else, don't get lured in by the high percentage.
