Cashback denied, and, on following up, was told that "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site". I have no idea why this should be. I clicked directly through to the site, in exactly the same was as I have for 150+ successful cashback transactions with other merhants. It seems lots of other customers have problems with this merchant too. My advice: avoid.

I've had problems across several transactions tracking. Very hit and miss. Lodging a claim never makes a difference. Will look to other more reliable contact lens sellers in future.
