For your transaction it seems that the merchant has paid the cashback to the network, but the network has passed this onto who they believe were the last referrer which in this case was not TopCashback. You can help prevent a transaction being declined for this reason by clearing your cache and cookies before logging in to our site to make a transaction, as well as making sure any ad blockers on your device are disabled.
