I can see that you did lodge a claim for this transaction, however we could not overturn this decision as the cashback was paid to the people who the cashback network could see was the last referrer of the transaction. I do understand your frustration as it means you have not received the cashback but please be aware this does not mean the merchant has not paid this. You can help to prevent this from happening by clearing your cache and cookies before logging in to make a transaction, as well as making sure that any ad blockers on your device are disabled.
