Cashback appears to have been removed as they had to replace the purchased item as it was received damaged. Longer delivery time + cancelled cashback = poor service from Firebox.

I am supposed to get £10 cashback from this merchant for something I paid for over a month ago, but the payment is still "pending"; the service from Firebox was fantastic (I got my goods less than 24 hours later!), but I'd like the cashback paid too please.

I bought 2 things on the same evening from different cashback deals. The first one tracked but this one didn't. I put a missing cashback claim in back in December and was surprised to get the cash in April.
It was a long wait and was looking like I wouldn't get it but it all came good in the end! :)

FANTASTIC cash back, great service. product had a faulty part and they sent me a new one within two days without any hassle and sent me lovely personal emails instead of generic ones. very impressed and will use again as cashback has already been confirmed.
