	I have had to return faulty and damaged keyboards a total of five times now. It takes up to 72 hours to receive a reply to emails and a couple more days before the return is organised. It takes nearly the full 3 months for the keyboards to be returned each time.Communication from their customer care is awful. I rang several times over the 2 and a half months for information and I was told I would be called back but nobody called me back. ?I could not recommend Gear4music or Nord based on my experience.

	Bought keyboard in Nov/Dec 2013 , excellent item and fast delivery , would buy again from them . Tracked all the way , cashback paid out end of Febuary . a very happy bunny . good luck with yours .

	Awful please avoid this merchant!! Advising all music lovers please do not go near this company if you want cashback. I use this site so often & works perfectly all the time except not with this company. They don't release cashback, it didn't even track it won't allow me to make a manuel claim either. Having to try support ticket to get what is rightfully mine as advertised. Terrible company & they do this all the time, really wish i had read the reviews properly before hand, feel like i've been robbed by this company. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!

	Still awaiting casback for a product purchased in March 2010 (and another product I purchased in September)! Both were traceable to be tracked, but unfortunately I have now been waiting close to a year for my cashback and have still had nothing back from Gear4music. I'm only commenting now as clearly now I don't expect to receive anything from my claim. I would still purchase from Gear4music themselves again, but just don't expect any cashback, I've been cheated out of it twice!

	Like most other people on here, after purchasing through TCB it never tracked. However, for any future users, don't be put off. I put in a missing claim and although it took a little while the cashback did come through and went straight to payable. Thanks TCB.

	Switched from another cashback site to topcashback and straight away having problems, why let companies advertise on here that refuse to release cashback, Gear4music has lots of bad reviews, my opinion is they should be removed, I bought a £300 guitar, could of got it a little cheaper elsewhere but used Gear4music as they offered cashback, looks like I've lost out :(

	I bought an G4m own branded Acoustic Guitar in July 2009 - no cashback received! I bought a G4m own branded Electric Guitar in April 2010 - no cashback received! Why are they allowed to offer 6% cashback on their own branded stuff if they have no intention of paying it. I bought a Guitar Stand (not own branded) in April 2010 and have just today received 4% cashback on that (£1.38). Really disappointed !!

	Not a good cash back experience. I made a purchase in Feb that failed to track, I submitted a missing cash back claim and here I am in July and the claim is still pending a response from the supplier. I would buy from Gear4Music again as the price for their own brand products are excellent and the quality is good, but don't expect to receive your cash back.

	Bought a guitar in November didn't track and despite numerous nudges still no cashback. Have just purchased a violin and guess what that hasn't tracked either! I don't hold out much hope of getting either of them.

	Bought monitor speakers December 2009 still no sign of cashback; raised enquiry seems to be ignored. Have had to chase quite a few suppliers on topcashback recently because as cashback not showing. Very dissatisfied.
