Bought adrumkit in November, no sign of any cashback by Christmas. Submitted an enquiry early January, still no sign of any cashback. Not impressed, will update if the cashback ever materialises.

I bought an amp on 16 Nov 09 and the cashback wasn't reported by Gear4Music. 2 months later and still heard nothing from them! Amp is great but looks like cashback they claim to give is just not happening. Hmmmm.

Originally didn't receive the cashback and after a few months of appealing I gave up.
However, out of the blue, Gear4Music agreed to pay the full cashback amount.
I'd also like to add that the musical equipment I have purchased from them has been excellent!
