First year I used this was excellent, it tracked immediately and payment was processed. Year 2 was different and did not track at all, I thought I had done it too early as you are only allowed to get 3 quotes per year. Year 3, I tried again but still no luck. I tried to issue a claim but the option to choose this merchant was not available, VERY disappointed.

Complete con. TCB also cons you by not putting the most recent comments first, as others have indicated.
Never tracks and you end up with muliple searches from the individual companies on your credit files. Avoid like the plague.
Another foul smell from TCB too.

SCAM. COMMENTS ARE SORTED BY STAR RATING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE PEOPLE ARE GETTING PAID. SORT BY 'NEWEST FIRST' AND GO TO THE LAST PAGE. EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING.
EVEN 'NEWEST FIRST' IS SORTED BACKWARDS TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS.

Topcashback knows I visited this site but it didn't show up in earning. When I went to make a claim topcashback states in regard to this merchant 'Sorry, but we cannot lodge claims to this merchant. This is usually due to the small amounts involved or the fact that the merchant will not process missing cashback claims'. Yet I didn't do anything wrong. Total con.

Like others, took the time to get some quotes - one for car and one for home - none tracked.
Extremely disappointed to find out that TCB cannot submit claims for un-tracked quotes.
My clicks to merchant proves that I went there.

Clicked through to get a so called exclusive cash back of £2.27 for getting a car quote. Despite the message from Top Cash back saying - your visit has been recorded, no cash back tracking has appeared & full terms say no claims for missing cash back allowed. What a con - do go there to compare!

It's listed in my 'clicks to merchants' but hasn't tracked. Very disappointed, and even more disappointed that topcashback don't allow missing cash back claims with this one. Clearly happens very often!
