	Sharks - don't believe this scam of cashback Like everyone else, made the purchase through topcashback which was tracked successfully. They put it on ice for 90 days hoping you forget about it, you then have to chase the money, they then tell you its been rejected. Don't use TCB for this insurance, go elsewhere. Makes me rethink using TCB at all.

	THIRD time cashback declined. Do Not Use! I have been using TCB for years, so I know what I'm doing. This is the third time they have declined cashback. Not happy, they should be held to account.

	Cashback is a lie Followed the terms and conditions for cashback, purchased insurance through them which tracked on topcashback only to be declined for no reason months later. Avoid and use any of the other comparison sites instead which have always been fine for me.

	Avoid go compare if you want TCB Recently bought 2 car insurance policies and both have been declined. Whilst i have been using TCB for years I have noticed that I seem to get larger cash back value purchases declined / not tracked, whereas the lower value items go through.

	declined even though i got a new quote and purchased new policy did everything as asked, new quote, purchased policy, and cash back declined after 2 months. i have lodged a claim which says it can take several more months, but doubt they’ll accept it as per other reviews

	Rubbish 2nd time in two years this tracked then they refused to payout. It's a pure scam at this point. Never again. This merchant should be struck off

	Used Go Compare - Bought Insurance via them - Cashback Declined! I followed the link to their site, via this one. Then did a car insurance comparison with them and accepted a quote from Aviva. I then bought that policy over 2 months ago. Today, the Cashback was declined without any reason. Either the mechanism for tracking does not work, or they just don't honour what is listed here. But in summary, it's definitely not worth the effort trying to get Cashback from Go Compare!!!

	Waste of time, they dont track and dont pay out. Second time I have used go compare via topcashback, neither tracked. One didnt even show up on timeline of topcashback so had to send a support ticket "other". Wont be using again Topcashback need to remove Gocompare from their system as this merchant doesnt pay up.

	Good Payers My recent cashback had to be chased by ‘Topcashback’ as it hadn’t tracked but GoCompare paid up the full amount. Have used GoCompare a number of times and found them to be good payers.

	SCAMMERS! Like with many many others they declined CB for no reason, usually use moneysupermarket who always pay but fell for them allegedly paying any excess. Lesson learnt.

	Cashback declined Same as many other reviewers - clicked through from Topcashback on a machine with history and cookies cleared, got the welcome banner saying Topcashback but both the tracked amount and the claim were rejected as they couldn't identify where I came from (despite the website clearly identifying at the time I'd come from Topcashback). Won't fall for this again.

	Cashback declined Cashback declined, even though went through and saw the topcashback welcome message. Now £40 out of pocket which is incredibly frustrating. Always seem to have problems with this retailer.

	Declined After purchasing a second-hand car, I needed to secure insurance immediately. I processed everything through this company via Top Cashback in a single transaction. Weeks later, I received a notification only to be declined. Despite providing evidence when I raised a ticket, it was still rejected. I've decided never to use their services again, especially considering the potential hassle of claiming excess cover. If I could, I would give them zero stars.

	Go.compare - Charlatans. I've used Topcashback for quite a number of years now and have never had any big issues with traders on their website. Until now! I bought my car Insurance through Go.Compare website on 7 August 2024 thinking I would get £36 cashback. Once I had completed the purchase it tracked at '0.00 pending', which Topcashback said it would. My visit to Go.Compare website seemed to track OK and for a few weeks it was at the '0.00 Pending Uplift' stage, then lo and behold on 24 October (when I next checked) Go.Compare had decided to 'Decline' my claim. After reading the reviews I see that Go.Compare have 'Form' for pulling this sort of stunt. Surely Topcashback should 'get a grip' on them and exclude them from their list of merchants for 'pulling a fast one' and not keeping their promise. After all the customer is entirely at their mercy and doesn't find out that they don't intend to keep their end of the bargain until the purchase is made and money has changed hands. Come on Topcashback, look after your faithful customers! I've given Go.Compare a big swerve today and bought my Home Insurance through another well known comparison site. Let's see how honest they are!!

	Cashback declined I bought car insurance last year through go compare - my cashback was declined - which I appealled and was declined again. I thought it must have been something I did during the transaction process however, I bought my car insurance through GoCompare again this year and once again my cash back was declined - and once again I appealled and it was declined a second time. My husband also went through GoCompare for his insurance and they declined his cash back also... annoying because I'm sure compare the market would have paid out the cashback so we have essentially missed out on £90 in rewards which we could have got by going through another company...

	Declined Made sure that my adblock was turned off, cleared all cookies and purchased by going from TCB to GoCompare to Aviva via their process. At no point did I click away or open / close any tabs. 3 months later cashback was declined on the basis TCB was not the origin of the order. If you are using the cashback to budget your premium amount then don't count on this method.

	What an absolute rip-off! Steer clear! Took out a policy with these via TopCashBack on 21 June 2024. Did everything that was required and it did track. After showing in my account as pending for weeks it was declined. I contacted TCB and gave them all the info required. After a couple of months the status in my account changed to £0.10 pending. But then it declined again. I just got a reply from TCB today (1 October) containing garbage that I could not understand. It read, "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf." Make of that what you will. In a nutshell, I did everything right yet TCB took the side of Go.compare and I am to get nothing. What a rip-off!
