Cashback for Go.Compare is hit & miss, they paid out for cheaper home insurance then declined for more expensive car insurance after following the same rules for both

AVOID - Another in a a long list not to receive cashback!
Looking at all the reviews (sorted by newest or lower ratings ), you can see Go Compare are in a habit of declining cashback! Nothing you can do about it unfortunately, as their word is final which is rather convenient for them!
Would strongly advise going with another comparison providers here on TopCashBack, even if for a few quid less. You will probably find they all work with the same insurance companies. We have received payout from all other providers over the years without any problems, apart from Go Compare unfortunately.
We followed the instructions to the Tee as per the offer T&C's. We even screen caped the whole process from the click-through in Topcashback to the policy purchase. We did this to avoid any possible dispute when it came to cashback payout.
Did we receive the cashback? NO.
Avoid Go Compare. There's a high change you won't receive cashback.

Declined cashback on two car insurance policies
Despite following instructions to clear cookies, create a new quote, purchase straight away, they didn't payout on two separate car insurance policies. No other websites had been used, so there was no question of any site other than TopCashback generating the lead.

Twice now it has been declined, no valid reason as to why. Have had hundreds of successful tracking with other companies via TCB yet this company is still allowed on here after so many 1 star reviews

Go compare is a waste of time!
Purchased car insurance through TCB via gocompare, the cashback tracked which was great. Waited for nearly 3 months of it showing as pending to then be told it's declined. As per previous feedback they dont allow this to be looked into once it's declined so I'm without £36 worth of cashback.
TCB have been great with earning myself some cashback previously but I will definitely be giving 'gocompare' a miss moving forward, bunch of con artists. Beware!

Cashback declined after only 2 months. Avoid these !
I decided to try Go.compare for my most recent car insurance renewal. Big mistake, as after only 60 days, my cashback has been declined.
In the 9+ years of using this site and other insurance retailers, they’ve always paid out, even if it does take on average only 99 days as stated.
Go.elsewhere should be this retailer’s name.

Every time I have problems with them.
I buyed trough topcashback a loot of my insurance ,but the the bigest problems are with gocompare because they tracker is wrong , they tracking incorect and after a long time ,even 1 year they rezolve the ticket, unfavorable, send me the formal scrap that (as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction) even they iniatialy tracked me but for a lower amount and that the other scrapp with the cookies and no-addblocker even I respect all the steps and it's not the case , With a loot of evidence like prinscreens and from some time I record efectivly the procedure , but nobodys care ,Topcashback and Gocompare are more with the retailers instead of the customers

Con Artists for Cashback
So if you want cashback from this company then I seriously doubt you'll get it. Ive been a member with tcb for many many years and never had an insurance cashback payment refused. 2023 and 2 uses of Gocompare have brought refusal to pay the cashback. I have everything needed to support the cashback claim but have point blank been refused anything. tcb just say they cant do anything...... Use the link to get a good quote, DO NOT rely on getting any cashback

As with many people I bought home insurance via Go Compare and TCB. Should have received £36 cashback but instead told TCB not recognised as retailer. Wished I had seen the reviews first as this appears to be a common complaint. I have raised a case with trading standards for Go Compare and TCB

No Cashback Received - as usual
Gocompare appear to regularly reject cashback claims, I have not only experienced this twice but I have 2 colleagues going through the exact same process too. Tracks initially and then rejected - this appears to be a common theme. I also note reviews are ordered by highest review first and not most recent - making you believe that reviews are glowing.

STAY CLEAR! you won't get the cash back.
Do not use TOPCASHBACK if you think you are going to get cash back on your purchase with GO COMPARE. I've had two policies through GC now and used TOPCASHBACK and both cash back payments have been declined. I have followed the normal rules and I use this site a lot, this is the only retailer I ever have issues with.
TOPCASHBACK - you should be ashamed there are so many complaints about this and you should be addressing this with GO COMPARE.

Never paid me the cashback - so do not rely on them when searching! They have lost a customer this year on all 3 of my regular annual policies so maybe they should think carefully before turning down someone's claim......
