	Cashback declined I bought car insurance last year through go compare - my cashback was declined - which I appealled and was declined again. I thought it must have been something I did during the transaction process however, I bought my car insurance through GoCompare again this year and once again my cash back was declined - and once again I appealled and it was declined a second time. My husband also went through GoCompare for his insurance and they declined his cash back also... annoying because I'm sure compare the market would have paid out the cashback so we have essentially missed out on £90 in rewards which we could have got by going through another company...

	Declined Made sure that my adblock was turned off, cleared all cookies and purchased by going from TCB to GoCompare to Aviva via their process. At no point did I click away or open / close any tabs. 3 months later cashback was declined on the basis TCB was not the origin of the order. If you are using the cashback to budget your premium amount then don't count on this method.

	What an absolute rip-off! Steer clear! Took out a policy with these via TopCashBack on 21 June 2024. Did everything that was required and it did track. After showing in my account as pending for weeks it was declined. I contacted TCB and gave them all the info required. After a couple of months the status in my account changed to £0.10 pending. But then it declined again. I just got a reply from TCB today (1 October) containing garbage that I could not understand. It read, "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed. This means we have been unable to obtain any money back on your behalf." Make of that what you will. In a nutshell, I did everything right yet TCB took the side of Go.compare and I am to get nothing. What a rip-off!

	Do not use Dishonest. Purchased car insurance through them and was refused cash back. Even though proof of purchase and policy number was included when I raised a claim when it was initially declined. You’ll be very lucky if you get cash back from the retailer. I will not be purchasing through them in the future

	Dishonest retailer declined cashback. Took out new insurance policy through GC, waited 2 months for an uplift of cashback. No uplift, declined. Looks like a definite pattern here. Avoid this retailer if you expect cash back. I won't be using them ever again!

	Tracked as zero, no uplift Tracked as zero, no uplift after two months. Raised claim - declined. But they do accept I purchased through their website because registered successfully for the insurance excess offer. Will not use again.

	Surprisingly Fast Payout Arranged cover on 7th July, 2024 with a starting date of 2nd August. Much to my surprise and delight I received £42 Payout on 21st September. It’s a bonus having the Inclusive Excess cover.

	Do not bother Did everything like cleaning cookies/ history, closing and starting the browser. It still did not track. I was banking on it as my insurance cost a whopping £1300.00 :( Wonder if there is a nexus between GoCompare and TCB!

	Did not track properly, so Go.Compare refused cashback I was very careful about this - I used a clean browser and had never had any contact with the insurer I selected. I don't believe I fell into any of the traps that TopCashBack highlighted. Nevertheless, Go Compare claim they can't prove I came through TCB.

	Go Compare car insurance cashback I don't often review merchants I have used on Topcashback, but as there have been quite a few people who have had a bad experience with Go Compare, I thought I would give a positive review, in the hope it might reassure others that transactions can work out okay. I bought car insurance via Topcashback/Go Compare on 20th June this year and the cashback tracked and became payable on 16th August, which I didn't think was bad, considering some people's long wait for payment. I had previously received notification from Go Compare of my acceptance for £250 excess cover, so I just had to wait for confirmation of the cashback itself. I knocked off one star, as I seem to remember that the application process with Go Compare was a bit laborious, but overall a positive outcome and experience. Good luck to anyone else who buys insurance through Topcashback/Go Compare and I hope you have a successful and positive transaction.

	New car insurance Declined £40 for no reason. Took out a new policy with Yoga Insurance. Have policy number as proof still declined. Rip off. Avoid.

	TCB + Gocompare = declined cashback Do not fall for these 'exclusive' deals! My cashback tracked at £0.00 but never updated. Took over a year of chase for GoCompare to decline my cashback. Appaling customer service by TCB upon appeal. Do not fall for it.
