After having 3 GoDaddy transactions fail to go through, this is the first time I have actually got any cash back through a go daddy purchase. And I had to chase it up to get that! Id recommend not bothering with them, and if you do, I have never found them to offer good services but my clients choose them because they are cheap. You get what you pay for though at the end of the day.

Cashback does make it, eventually, but they're one of the slowest in terms of paying. Almost always requires a Support Ticket (Claim) submission.

NEVER using GoDaddy.com again! Not only did it not credit, the pricing structure is misleading, their site building tools are laughable and after putting in a manual claim, TCB coming back and saying that the ticket is "resolved and paid" there is STILL not money from GoDaddy in my account! Go elsewhere, this company doesn't deserve your custom!

GoDaddy.com owes me £70+ in cashback for purchase of 1 year's domain and hosting, After more than an year of the claim being lodged, the company rejected the claim without any proper reasoning for it. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was hoping to receive the new customer cashback amount but nothing tracked. I submitted a claim and waited over six months for it to be resolved. Finally they responded with "Another marketing channel was credited with sale, due to a voucher/discount code used". I didn't use anything else. Waste of time.
