My previous comment automatically got an average of 2 star rating while I only rated TCB's customer service with 5 stars and all questions about the merchant had a 1 star - just submitting another review to compensate for a fully deserving 0-stars

GoDaddy came back a full year after I had lodged a claim (which obviously did not track). They have outright rejected the claim without giving any reasons for doing so. I'v always used topcashback for many other transactions, but this has been a very dissatisfying experience. I've transferred my domain and purchased an unlimited hosting plan with GoDaddy in hope of getting a good deal via TCB, but after a year's wait all that was left for me was disappointment. I'm surprised at how they have a 99.4% satisfaction rate when most of the reviews I've seen here are all 1 stars - DISGUSTING SERVICE, will never bother purchasing anything with GoDaddy again and would not recommend this to anyone else! STAY AWAY from Go Daddy!

GoDaddy are awful, please don't ever trust them. Let me explain why. I signed up via the link on top cash back for what is laughingly called the "delude" hosting package. It said it came with a free domain name, amongst other things that weren't delivered on. When I was charged for my domain name and I queried this I was issued a refund for the over charge. Then a few days later my cash back dropped from 60 odd quid down to a whopping zero! While returning whats yours with one hand GoDaddy reach in you pocket and steal your wallet! To make things worse, one of the things they offer is email services included in this faux-delux hosting plan. It clearly states on the sales page that you get 500 email accounts with 500mb storage. What this actually means is that you get 500 email addresses with 1mb storage, so the first time you send or receive an email with a photo attached your email inbox is full and you cant send or receive email. So what was 500 email addresses is in fact one or two useable email addresses with a useable ammount of storage. But it gets worse, Would you like to read your email on your phone, tablet and PC/laptop? Well you have to pick just one of those devices because GoDaddy are only offering POP email with hosting accounts. For those who weren't using the internet in the 1990's POP email was basically the first and rubbish version of email. It was ok when people only had on box of a computer in the corner of the study and used to it play Zork, but as POP email removes all emails from the server when your computer downloads them you cant then read that same email message on your phone because its gone, the computer has it now. GoDaddy clearly do know about modern email standards like IMAP, which every other single hosting provider I have ever seen gives you for free and lets you read, access and send email across multiple devises. I know this because they insisted that I had to buy their Enterprise email solution, which would have cost about

Spent £25 at GoDaddy thanks to a promo they were doing and got £50.50 cashback at TCB... awesome deal thank you very much. Took around 7 weeks from purchase to payable. Very pleased.

AGHHHHH ! GoDaddy let the transaction go through, even supplied me with a domain name and hosting space.... then insist on me sending a copy of passport for security! Can't think what is secure about me sending that. Only spotted the email asking for it after noticing my Website was down. Thanks for nothing GoDaddy, next step to try and find a decent company and start again. End of rant, feel better now :o)

Rubbish! This is the second time I have used GoDaddy through Top Cash back, and the second time it did not track and after putting in a claim it was rejected by GoDaddy saying that I had used another referrer but I had not - I clicked the link straight from topcashback and do not use any other cash back sites. As for the their service, I have hosting with them, and have experienced several problems with downtime. One time they got hacked and every hosted site was down for days (got £3.07 compensation - pathetic after losing hundreds of pounds of ad revenue). The second time only sites were affected on their legacy hosting (which I was on) and the customer service received was appalling. Their forums were full of complaints, yet they failed to acknowledge their was a problem for nearly a week, before finally fixing it, and all I was offered was a discount code for my next purchase. There are plenty better host providers online and when my hosting expires i will be using them. The cashback is a joke.

A follow up review (tcb and godaddy deserve it). Ok my transcation didnt track and after 7 days my manual claim was submitted, just a couple of days later it was added the the transcation confirmed. Another few days past and TCB added their "topup" - excellent! Now today my transaction for £1901.00 has been confirmed and i expect payment next Tuesday! Give GoDaddy a chance!!!!!!!

Cashback did not track and their website is over complicated. They gave me a 25% discount code for hosting renewal, which once applied cancelled out the 12 month reduced rate on the website and made the order more expensive. The cashback for 12 months hosting was worth more than the cost of the hosting itself, so I thought they would never pay it and I guess I was right.

GoDaddy try and sell you unwanted add-ons at every step, which makes for an awful buying experience; and to cap it off the cash back didn't even register!
