The cashback amount was good but it took ages to reach payable. Had to contact Topcashback as it had gone way past the date stated .

2 and a half years!!! That's how long it's taken to get this claim paid by Green Flag. I say paid, it's taken 2 years 2 months to get to the confirmed stage after regular poking of TCB staff - and the note on screen says they pay out after 21 weeks!! I'm not using Green Flag this year because of this. It's a joke. If they take so long to pay out they shouldn't be on here. Kick them out TCB!!!

Have had the same problem as others, my cashback with Green Flag has been declined despite following the instructions properly. Have just had to raise my first cashback claim with TCB. Will see what happens, but judging by the other reviews, I'm not holding out much hope!

I had given up on the cashback from this merchant, but to my surprise £5 is pending and about to be paid out and this is from 2nd May 2013, which I had forgotten all about, so I look forward to my 2014 claim payout in the next 12 months.

I have been waiting over 18 moths for cashback from Greenflag. Although a part payment was made this was £25 less than promised and despite efforts of supprt team this is still ongoing - very poor.

I personally wouldn't touch GreenFlag for cash back as mine did not pay out and I did this for my car and my husbands at the same time. I missed out on 2 cash back offers! NEVER had a problem with any other merchant in over 3 years...so I would advise to avoid!!

Totally useless cashback. 7 months and still no pay-out. In fact TCB pay-outs in general are just so slow or not forth-coming! As always don't rely on cashback when looking for the best deals.

My only disappointment with TCB. Bought policy in Jul 14, months later was declined for no reason. Chased up with TCB and now confirmed for months but still no cashback. I won't use them again !

Paid in full for £63 or so of cover for a year, first off they declined the cashback, then on appealing it they have agreed it's due, but it has been pending now for months. I bought it in august 2014, it's now the end of jan 2015 and still pending....

Doesn't even deserve one star! This company should be dropped by Topcashback as they do not pay. I completed everything as required but despite complaints and monthly nudges to Topcashback i am still waiting for the cashback 2.5 years later. Avoid at all costs

Tracked reasonably quickly but not at the advertised amount. Have waited for 13 months for the amount to be amended with little joy from TopCashBack customer services. Would not use again.

I just had my cashback declined from this merchant without any reason to why ,after a few months waiting for it to be confirmed. As far as I can tell I followed the instructions and guidelines and still cashback declined. Not happy with green flag and will not use them again when it come to renewal.

DISHONEST RETAILER, as per the other reviews cashback declined (most probably due to greed). DEFINITELY AVOID. Would rate zero stars if possible.

Despite following all the guidelines my cashback was declined for no reason. This the first time I have been declined cashback as I read all the rules. Will avoid Green Flag in future when renewing my breakdown cover. One to avoid.

Still waiting for a £50 cashback from August 2013! Raised a claim after the first few months, giving all policy details to prove the purchase but I'm still waiting 16 months later. I could've got cheaper cover from the RAC but went with Greenflag because the cashback made them cheaper. No cashback means I paid more than I had to. They even had the nerve to send us a renewal notice which was obviously ignored!

Bought greenflag cover in July 14 partly because of the cashback, i should have taken more heed of the reviews as a few months later the cashback was declined without any reason why. As far as i can tell i followed the instructions/guidelines so i would suggest hoping for the best but expecting the worst with this particular provider. Not impressed with Greenflag at all and seems i'm not the only one to have been 'duped' by their offer - will pay my money elsewhere when it comes to renewal.

Had my cashback declined once already, raised a claim and it's now sat at Pending. Decent cover for a single vehicle, but don't give up any voucher/discount codes in favour of TopCashback, cos you probably won't get it.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid if you want cashback. I fulfilled all their requirements to the letter and after 2 years of chasing they have refused my claim without explanation or right of reply. Disgusted that they use topcashback to promote their company and then renege on their promises. Topcashback should stop allowing them this free advertising as it reflects badly on them - even though they have put every effort into supporting this claim on my behalf. Will be moving my breakdown cover at the next opportunity.
