Avoid this merchant. 18 months here again of chasing topcashback only to be declined. I feel cheated out of the promised £35! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Same as last reviewer Having been waiting since December 2012 on cash back Still have policy renewed it last year. Won't be renewing it this year! Tcb. Just keep saying they have added it to query log over and over again There's obviously not going to be any cash back. Tcb should stop using green flag. This is the one and only problem I have had on many transactions with cash back

Dont bother using Green Flag if want cash back as they dont pay up. They keep you waiting for months then come back with "The reason that we have received to support this decision states… “Query rejected - Order cancelled, suspended or returned.”. Funny that must have been a UFO and a little green man that came and towed my car 40 miles home then, after the clutch went and not a Green Flag van. Topcashback would be better off removing them instead of leading users into thinking they will get cashback with them.

WONT use these again - have not paid out via tap cash back after starting a case file 2012! Never had a problem with any other merchant paying out so AVOID THESE!!

Given the bad reviews I had read I didn't hold out much hope for receiving my cash back but today I withdrew over £35 paid cash back from green flag. It has taken since March but I've just waited it out and haven't had to email or chase anything up to get it .I'm a very happy customer.

Having read other peoples reviews on this website it is obvious I am not the only one not to have been awarded the promised cash back since taking out breakdown cover on March 7th 2014 with Green Flag. I am a regular user of topcashback which is brilliant and this merchant is the only one I have had problems with. I will not be renewing with them next year.

Hmm, it's now coming up to annual renewal time for my breakdown cover and I'm still waiting for last year's cash back. Very disappointed with the Green Flag cash back offer. It was the main reason I joined up, so am not likely to renew. Oh, by the way, my renewal quote, including 1 year's no claims bonus is now higher than if I get a quote as a new customer - something definitely wrong somewhere!
