i've had many offers from groupon and they have always been good , however as they are all discounts from independent retailers the overall experience will always depend on the retailer and not groupon . not had any problems with groupon . would recommend .

Keep an eye on cashback - this company is very poor at this. I use Groupon alot and it is a really great site but my experience of getting cashback is poor. I have had to do 4 claims where it has not recorded I have made a purchase, when I have never had this issue with any other companies. Make sure to check back as it seems to have a way of forgetting to record your purchases for cashback.
