Tracked fine but cashback has gone down from £6 to 12% to 10% and now to 8%. :( As Groupon is officially THE fastest growing company in the world and making millions in profit, they could be a little more generous with their cashback.

Cashback for recent purchases with Groupon have tracked quickly. However, when I first purchased with them (when they were MyCityDeal), the cashback was higher (£6 per purchase) and they didn't pay out, which is annoying.

A little confusing if, like me, you followed a TopTip link on TCB for a specific deal.
Disappointed I missed the deal advertised - looks like the best way to catch these in future is to sign-up now and subscribe to email alerts about National/local deals in the future... I can see myself unsubscribing pretty quickly if they're all spa-days and discount laser-eye surgery though(!)

Would never do business with these again nor would I recommend, taken my money not responsing to e-mails, no help on the phone and still waiting that return call off the 'manager'.

I've been using Groupon for ages - it is fabulous. Once you've registered with them they'll also give you £6 for each friend you recommend a deal to when they buy the deal. I always look at other cities nearby to see what deals are on there too. Their customer services are pretty rubbish but it is very rare to need to contact them.
I cannot rate the cashback/Topcash aspect as sadly new to this site - Just wish I'd known about this topcashback site earlier.

I love this website and even though other user comments seem to say there have been cashback issues, I've never experience any. You get a fantastic deal, plus cashback and in the 6 orders I've made, absolutely no issues with cashback tracking and payment.

Tracked and confirmed very quickly. I bought Chessington tickets. Had a problem with the dates as they sent me wrong ones and found customer service was a bit rude and unwilling to admit they were wrong. However turned out in my favour as that week was the sunniest compared to the week I originally wanted to go! So bonus :-D
