Well what started originally at 10%, went down to 8% and in the past few days now 6%!
Basically halved in about 6mths, although they do have some great deals, and then some of them are not so great - i.e over booked beauty salons which treat you like cattle and are NOT worth the amount they claim - otherwise you would be given a room alone not with random people coming in whilst ur trousers are half way down ur ass and the foreign beautitians laughing because they are embarrassed to see a half naked man having a treatment! Why work in beauty?!
With regards to actual cashback paid, they ARE very prompt with it in a reasonable time period so top marks for that!

No problem with Cashback service. The main difficulty is with Groupon themselves. Whereas the discounts always appear to be good value and I continue to purchase them, esp the restaurant deals; I find any attempts to raise problems with Groupon fall on stony ground. They don't respond to emails, ignore phone calls and never reimbursed me for a failed deal. A LOT of the restaurants 'dumb down' the menu and pretend "there's been a typing error" in the contract. Groupon seem not to want to know. Nevertheless, still a good way of finding some decent restauarants.

Used Groupon loads! Excellent everytime. Just make sure you pick the deals that are right for you and take a couple of minutes to read the partner's blurb without getting carried away by the fanfare - there's usually a link to their website so check 'em out. Always tracked very quickly and the most prompt payout of all the retailers I've used on topcashback. I have only had one deal with Groupon where I couldn't get a booking (but I had left it really late to try) and that was partly due to my shifts - I sent an email to Groupon and they refunded in full. Can't beat that! The ONLY down is the cashback has reduced from 10% to 6%.. :-( but your still getting cashback on some jolly good deals.

Good offers, easy to purchase. Sometimes when contacting the supplier though the availability to make bookings (i.e. restuarants/spa type offers) is limited so suggest as soon as you get the voucher you make contact and book asap.

I bought a massage in december then in Jan the "partner" changed the terms, Groupon contacted my by email, I write back today asking for a refund to tell them the whole day spa use turning into a 30 minute massage was terrible and wanted a refund.
Literally within 4 hours I got an email telling me its been cancelled and refunded.
The customer service is exceptional, you don't see that from any company these days let alone one as big as groupon.
So impressed I had to leave a review.

I love Groupon and have bought quite a few things with no problems and when i could not attend an event due to over booking they refunded same day.
I have purchased 3 items via top cash back and all ran smoothly until it was time to pay out... it went from pennies due to 0.00 in payable and with no explanation.
I await with interest the other 2 payouts and will update if they become payable or my previous payment is resored
