I have purchased several Groupon deals. So far no major problems. Some have been much more enjoyable than than others, for instance the DiveLife promotion - my son and I had a fabulous time. Happy to buy from again.

I've had mix experiences with groupon and vouchers, the 1st voucher I purchased didn't track yet the vendor honoured the voucher no trouble. Second voucher tracked at a very low rate and I am having trouble with the vendor, you have to view what you want on line, then phone a mobile number that just rings, they have answered twice, 1st to be told they were to busy and call back later. 2nd they were closing for 2 weeks and if I placed an order they couldn't honour it for the date I wanted.
I will comment at a later date if I manage to use my voucher and get the cashback.

A little trying managed to book the holiday but had to pay extra as dates had changed from them , not impressed with that lost meal on return trip as they sent us out with one co and back with another...

Note to mladyf. The cashback and purchase amount track lower than than the money you spent because Groupon don't cashback on the deal. Therefore, the purchase amount and subsequent cashback will always be 20% lower in topcashback.

Slow to track, nearly always have to report it as missing but usually resolved eventually. The Groupon deals are fantastic but don't make a purchase if the dealbreaker is the cashback.

Of my latest two purchases, one went unrecorded so I suppose I've lost my cash back. The other one had an incorrect amount (less than my payment). I had been extra careful to go via TopCashback. Have no problem with KGB deals cash back so far. I have no confidence in Groupon cash back.

the cashback tracked within an hour BUT it tracked at 33p on a purchase of £6.67 but I paid £8.00 for the deal, double checked my Paypal account and yes, definitely paid £8.00. I realised it's only a few pence difference in cashback but considering the problems Groupon has had in the past with providing deals, overselling etc, I must say this sort of thing makes them look even dodgier! I took on the risk of my deal today because I paid via Paypal and they are aggressive in dealing with Companies that don't provide what they promise. I wonder if Topcashback will also call them out on this... I wonder just how much money they save by shaving 7-8p off everyone's deal today, and what about tomorrow and the next day....

I find I almost always have to claim for the Cashback but it always comes through - eventually!
