Do not book Mystery Break
I booked a mystery break for my partners 50th birthday and received no cashback because Groupon claimed TopCashback was not the final source for the purchase.
Booked through TopCashback but because I had to pay for a flight supplement and an extra night hotel they claimed I didnt use TopCashback
What was supposed to be a £89 each 2 night getaway with cashback ended up at £213 each with no cashback
Avoid the mystery getaway at all costs

Cashback ALWAYS declines
I have bought through Groupon a few times, and it ALWAYS declines, the current reason being it is 'non-commissionable', even though I read the terms and conditions and it didn't state anything about an experience not being acceptable means for cashback. Not impressed.

Cashback declined with no reason given, no coupons or codes were used with the purchase so it's just Groupon not wanting to honour it. will not use Groupon again due to this

As I said sometimes purchases are missed and you have to start a claims procedure to get it sorted.

Poor customer service
Very dissatisfied with Groupon customer service.
I had purchased a voucher for a friend for her birthday in April. She went to use the voucher this week to be told it expired 3 weeks ago. She hadn’t used it due to a close family bereavement. We contacted the business & they asked to to contact Groupon as they were happy to have it extended. But Groupon refused to extend.
I will not use Groupon again & I tell everyone I know how rubbish & unhelpful their customer service was

Ridiculous!
Not only my transaction was not tracked, but also when I lodged a claim with TC Groupon declined it again saying that I have probably used a promotional code, coupon or somthing of a kind which is absoloutlrey not true! It happened to me previously as well so I do not intend to use Groupon again in the future.
Take my advice and stay away from this merchant.
