	Groupon cashback get declined. Almost pointless using Groupon via TopCahback. Last 2 purchases have resulted in cashback being declined for no apparent reason.

	Awesome retailer for cashback Cashback usually tracks within an hour. Confirms within 4 to 6 weeks I've found every time. Always reliable. Great % too. Very happy with Groupon.

	It can take a long time. Some retailers take 3 months to provide your cashback. This is not the fault of Top Cashback but the issue should be addressed.

	Always declined cashback Never get cashback from here, do from most other companies. No explanation as to why. Also my last order didn't work either so I was refunded.

	No cashback I'm another where it hasn't tracked with groupin and a pathetic excuse given. Won't be buying from them again if the offered cash back is declined.

	Advertise Cashback but try to wrangle out of paying !!! Terrible company for cash back. I have lost count on the number of times that they have waited until it gets to "Pending" before rejecting the claims. When you then ask why the claim has been rejected, they give a poor excuse that we haven't clicked through correctly (Funny how all our other claims to other companies don't reflect the same result !!!). At the moment TCB have made good one of our claims from 6 months ago, but, we still have 3 other claims for Groupon outstanding from 6 months ago. If you want your Cash Back don't go too Groupon !!!!!

	Do not book Mystery Break I booked a mystery break for my partners 50th birthday and received no cashback because Groupon claimed TopCashback was not the final source for the purchase. Booked through TopCashback but because I had to pay for a flight supplement and an extra night hotel they claimed I didnt use TopCashback What was supposed to be a £89 each 2 night getaway with cashback ended up at £213 each with no cashback Avoid the mystery getaway at all costs

	Cashback ALWAYS declines I have bought through Groupon a few times, and it ALWAYS declines, the current reason being it is 'non-commissionable', even though I read the terms and conditions and it didn't state anything about an experience not being acceptable means for cashback. Not impressed.

	Cash back declined Cashback declined with no reason given, no coupons or codes were used with the purchase so it's just Groupon not wanting to honour it. will not use Groupon again due to this

	Overall good, but sometimes misses purchases. As I said sometimes purchases are missed and you have to start a claims procedure to get it sorted.

	Poor customer service Very dissatisfied with Groupon customer service. I had purchased a voucher for a friend for her birthday in April. She went to use the voucher this week to be told it expired 3 weeks ago. She hadn’t used it due to a close family bereavement. We contacted the business & they asked to to contact Groupon as they were happy to have it extended. But Groupon refused to extend. I will not use Groupon again & I tell everyone I know how rubbish & unhelpful their customer service was
