asked questions, got answers which I could read for myself on the website, to return a package it was not easy as the delivery came in 2 parcels but only 1 return label with one barcode so very nice man at the petrol station had to get some tape to secure both boxes together!

Generally decent cashback rate and at times there are offers where it can go over 15%. Purchases are mostly tracked & recorded (although one always has to keep an eye on their topcashback account and cross-check with their purchases) and pays relatively quickly.
