Don't expect any payment, if they send you faulty goods that have to be replaced. apparently that counts as returned. Shame, I used buy a lot from Groupon, but refuse you pay for shabby treatment from any retailer.

Usuallyy prompt delivery, however if orig inv mislaid & paying via Pay Pal, there is no info on goods displayed only ref no on Pay Pal-There is a need for Groupon & Pay Pal to coordinate & cooperate on this link!

Over a year I have cash back of £135.00 from Groupon I'm hoping to save it for xmas . I used to use Wowcher but iafter a certain amount of time you either use it or lose it which I strongly objected to I'm staying with top cashback that's how I get cashback from hundreds of companies including travel even all the usual shops. Correct amount often doesn't track. For events, cashback sometimes gets changed to date of event not date of purchase. Odeon cinema purchase for 5 tickets did not track correctly. No Odeon credit for tickets not used because of Lockdown
