Purchased under the Black Friday offer when they were offering 22% cashback but it did not track so I submitted a claim and although they paid only at their basic rate. Not happy will not use Groupon again either via topcash back or otherwise.

Don't expect any payment, if they send you faulty goods that have to be replaced. apparently that counts as returned. Shame, I used buy a lot from Groupon, but refuse you pay for shabby treatment from any retailer.
