The H Samuel website comes in for particular praise in reviews left by TopCashback customers. One member describes the online service provided as “brilliant”, mentioning the quick ordering process and the great photos of the items which are provided on the website, while as well as the fact that online ordering seems to be straightforward, their “prompt delivery”, “beautiful gift wrapping” and “very friendly and helpful staff” are also reasons why customers have chosen to leave positive feedback.

One happy customer describes H Samuel as being “faster than most other merchants I’ve had cashback from”, while others highlight the fact they received their cashback quickly, with “very prompt in paying cashback” and “tracked almost right away” typical of feedback. One member even describes it as “such a great way to make money whilst spending money”.

Customers who have provided a positive review on Trustpilot, where they have a one-star overall rating, praise H Samuel for their customer service and the Click & Collect option they provide. One customer says a member of staff they dealt with went “above and beyond” after they contacted customer service, while another reviewer explains how that, when she discovered a wedding ring she had bought two days earlier had been reduced, the issue was quickly resolved.

“Fantastic customer service and a faultless transaction overall” is how one person describes their experience, while another explains how they ordered online four times and each time got the order sent direct to the store without any issues.

	Will not buy from H Samuel via TopCashBack again! I have been waiting since my purchase 13/12/13 for cashback. The cashback discount offered was generous and so I bought a present via TCB. Have raised an issue about not receiving the money back, but nothing's happened. I wouldn't even bother buying from Samuel's again either.

	I bought from these in november 2013, april 2014 and cashback isnt payable. It has been confirmed but its not payable! Since i bought from them over 100 days ago i cant lodge a complain against them. Im expecting a baby in september 2014 and this cashback would have gone towards buying things for the baby, its beyond a joke wont use topcashback to shop at H.Samuals no more will rather go to shop and buy now!

	Cashback did not track. Claim raised which was rejected by the retailer. I would not use these again expecting cashback.

	Purchased in December. Tracked and confirmed but still no cashback received yet and its now almost 5 months of waiting. Pretty poor will avoid in future.

	Ordered a watch via TopCashBack. Ordering was fine and product delivered quickly, so no complaints with that. However, as with so many others on here, the cashback didn't track. Have lodged a claim, but so far no response after 2 months. Not good.

	Be careful when using a promotion code and then applying for cashback with this company. Apparently using a promotion code has affected my claim for any cashback. The company have stated,'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' This is their reason for not paying out. I have not had this experience with any other company thus far.

	BE WARNED! Broken watch and no cashback!! I bought a watch from H Samuel online - it was a fairly simple process and the watch arrived quickly - however the second hand was completely detached and I had to take it back to a store to get it replaced - on Christmas eve!!! The only reason I shopped here was due to the fact that they were offering a high percentage of cashback - I was expecting £32.29. It initially tracked and then got declined - after a long wait after raising the claim, the cashback got declined for either the merchant has been unable to locate my transaction or they cannot prove that this has been the result of a Top CashBack referral. The transaction registered straight away and it was showing in my account as £32.29 so clearly it was a transaction through topcashback and since the broken watch was replaced in store with no problem, I have all the correct transaction details. I would not bother with this merchant as they are unlikely to pay based on a flimsy excuse - this is my first and last transaction with H Samuel.

	I have repeatedly ordered from this merchant, both for myself and family/friends and have experienced difficulties with almost every single cashback in relation to these transactions. Either the cashback does not track at all or at a much lower rate than expected. After months and months of "nudging" the merchant then refuses to pay the cashback - no reasons given. By far the worst retailer I have experienced in terms of paying the promised cashback and I have been using the Topcashback site for at least three years now with great success.

	Did not track. Put in a claim and it took over a year for them to decline. Dont rely on cash back as they wont pay up! Poor service.

	No cashback from a fulfilled order in Dec 2012. Been going backwards and forwards with TopCashBack customer services but to no avail. I gave up now because it seems that there is absolutely no comeback when they say Invalid Reference Great item, but in my experience I will not be using H Samuels again if I want to get any cashback.

	Well I fell into the same trap that others have done and failed to check the feedback before a last minute purchase of a Christmas present and as others have noted recently no cash back has tracked. I have submitted a manual claim, but I suspect that it has gone for good. Lesson to be learned - CHECK feedback before each purchase. Not sure why TOPCASHBACK does not sort these merchants out. Happy New Year to anyone who reads this.

	Made two on-line purchases with H Samuels and both times it failed to track for some reason and considering they were £400 purchases this was quite disappointing. Another merchant that Topcashback needs to keep an eye on as one that seems to avoid making cashback payments.

	My order didn't track, after a manual claim this was still refused. On the grounds of a different referrer. Make sure you have any other browser sessions open when ordering.

	so far this site has been great, shopped on amazon but no cash back and did not read it before I shopped that only certain items get cash back but other than that saved me lots of money and build up money as well

	Perfectly good order reference. Claim declined. TopCashBack did chase but useless and lacks any power to get anything done despite many support involvement. Would think again about using this so called trustworthy company, when they can just wildly without justification decline a order for cashback.

	H Samuel offer high rates of cashback but you will not receive them. It may well track but will then just be declined nearer the time of payment.

	after 3 months of waiting h samuel have said that they arent paying the cashback as topcashback were not identified as the last referrer. I know they were becuase i specifically cleared all cookies and history then went directly through topcashback link and ordered product. will avoid at all costs in future

	Made a purchase in january for 200pounds, although cash back was expected in 4 weeks i am only now receiving my cash back, mid april. Slow process but at least i got there in the end. Hope everyone still waiting gets the cash back too.

	DONT'T BOTHER!! Made £150 christmas present purchase in December, transaction tracked ok and then displayed estimated 4 weeks cashback payable time through January, then February and then March. Just checked today (2nd April) and now showing as 22 weeks!

	Bought from them in October, £10 has been confirmed for about 4 months, still no payment. Ridiculous really. If you don't want to pay out, don't be on topcashback.
