The H Samuel website comes in for particular praise in reviews left by TopCashback customers. One member describes the online service provided as “brilliant”, mentioning the quick ordering process and the great photos of the items which are provided on the website, while as well as the fact that online ordering seems to be straightforward, their “prompt delivery”, “beautiful gift wrapping” and “very friendly and helpful staff” are also reasons why customers have chosen to leave positive feedback.

One happy customer describes H Samuel as being “faster than most other merchants I’ve had cashback from”, while others highlight the fact they received their cashback quickly, with “very prompt in paying cashback” and “tracked almost right away” typical of feedback. One member even describes it as “such a great way to make money whilst spending money”.

Customers who have provided a positive review on Trustpilot, where they have a one-star overall rating, praise H Samuel for their customer service and the Click & Collect option they provide. One customer says a member of staff they dealt with went “above and beyond” after they contacted customer service, while another reviewer explains how that, when she discovered a wedding ring she had bought two days earlier had been reduced, the issue was quickly resolved.

“Fantastic customer service and a faultless transaction overall” is how one person describes their experience, while another explains how they ordered online four times and each time got the order sent direct to the store without any issues.

	Topcashback really need to have a word with H. Samuel. They regularly fail to pay out. I will not be buying from this retailer either online or in any of their shops. Very disappointed.

	Bit ironic, just had an email from TCB advertising increased cashback from H. Samuel. It doesn't matter if they offer 100% cashback, they don't pay out - so you get £0.00. Been waiting since 8th Nov for almost £50. I suggest if cashback is the incentive to use H. Samuel you will be very disappointed - just look at all the recent reviews. As they are reputedly so poor at paying, why do TCB promote them?

	Bought a Christmas present from H Samuel, which definitely fitted the criteria for a Cashback. It didn't track at all and when challenged via Top Cashback, the cashback claim was declined. Don't bank on the cashback from this retailer!

	Not a good service from H Samuel. I did everything correctly but they say order number is wrong despite me taking it from their website which shows clearly my order and all the associated details. They just seem to refuse to pay out. They won't be seeing my money ever again. TCB though have been excellent in their efforts to resolve it.

	Item tracked, no problem back in Oct 2012 still waiting for the cashback to be cleared some 4 months later, this will deter me from buying from them again.

	No problem with the product or registering for cashback, however the average time for payment states 4 weeks, it's now nearly 14 weeks and I'm still waiting.

	I ordered about 4 seperate purchases online and used the top cash back link all transactions tracked no bother at all and cash back showed quickly as tracked. I returned 3 of the orders and subsequently as expected the cashback at the time it would be payable went to 0 but the remaining transaction i kept stayed there and became paypable no bother alright it was later then expcted but they still paid up.

	Purchased a watch through this retailer, the purchase never tracked, I filled a missing claim. Almost 12 months later the retailer responded saying the transaction cannot be traced. So in the end received nothing.

	H Samuel are a rip off. Placed an order with them through TCB and now they decline, 12 months after they took my money. Will not be buying from them again, even outside of TCB on principle. Thanks to TCB for trying.

	Ordered in January, never tracked so raised a claim in February complete with order number and transaction dates from the email confirmations, finally in October (8 months later) they cant find my transaction or at least any record of it going through TCB, so no cashback. YMMV

	I have now ordered twice through top cashback for H Samuel and both times they have declined cashback saying a referral was made through a different search engine. I know I went directly to them through top cashback so my experience was very disappointing!

	Ordered a Radley watch to be delivered to local store. On-line ordering was straight forward, sadly experience with staff on collection wasn't so great.

	Hallo I tried 3 times to place an order for H Samuel through your site. It failed at the last stage after I had given my creditcard details and I was advised that my credit card company declined authorisation. I got on the telephone immediately to sort out and was told the transaction had not even gone through their banking service! Can you explain what happened as I had to purchase the items direct from H Samuel website?

	Good rate of cashback, if you get it. Don't forget to arrange the reviews in order of date, newest first to see that H Samuel regularly fail to pay cashback.

	Tracked instantly although took a while to confirm and even longer to become payable - bought in December and just become payable now in May. But at least it got there eventually!

	My cashback did not track and eventually after nearly 10 months, H Samuel have gone back to topcashback and said it has been paid to another referrer, such as a search engine. I research my purchases through seach engines sometimes, but always go back and click through topcashback to actually make the purchase. I did not clear cookies before the purchase and this is apparently where the problem may lie.

	Purchase made in December. Cashback didn't track. Submitted claim to tcb. H Samuel claim 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Therefore no cashback will be paid. Therefore no more purchases will be made by me from H Samuel.

	Purchased watch as a gift, initially tracked ok. But after item was exchanged for another (of similar value) cashback payable was reduced to zero. I don't plan on using this merchant again for cash back.

	Placed order 11pm Wednesday and item arrived 9am Friday, could of done with better packaging considering the value of the contents though. Cashback has still not been tracked yet though??
